Ayurvedic Infant Massage Workshop

Parents and caregivers of babies ages 6 weeks to pre walking! Join me  for a special 2 hour Ayurvedic Infant Massage workshop February 18th  2-4pm.  Baby massage has many incredible benefits including increased  parental bonding, increased oxytocin, decreased postpartum depression,  enhanced immunity, improved weight gain and so much more. The first hour  of our time together will be spent settling in, discussing the  benefits, the do's & dont's, and going over the techniques. During  the second hour of class, when your baby is ready you will have an  opportunity to practice the techniques of warm oil massage (also known  as Abhyanga). We will have two 1 hour drop in sessions Feb 25th & Mar 3rd 1-2pm following this  workshop for you to receive extra support (included in ticket price).  Refreshments and snacks will be provided. Limited spots available.
